Benshi Creative following up last year’s kick-ass short film, ‘Dollar Short’ with an extended cast of skiers for this year’s ‘Mixtape’. The focus this year is on the music and the track choices compliment the skiing perfectly. Production is next level and of course the skiing is as well. These guys absolutely get after it tackling some serious big mountain lines and airs. A couple highlights have to be the massive hand-drag cork three cliff drop by Jonnie Merrill and Parkin Costain’s backy, unintentionally, over an avalanche. The crescendo of Track 3 is pretty fucking sweet too. Put this one on a screen bigger than your phone and toss the headphones on with the volume up!
