The Freeride World Tour schedule for the 2026 season is out! The tour’s 19th season will kick off the first of six stops mid-January in Baqueira Beret, Spain and will culminate in the two final events; Alaska, which will return as a stop on tour for the first time since 2017, and Verbier, the classic finale of the season.
“Athletes will compete across four regular season events, with their top three results counting toward qualification for the two prestigious FWT Finals: the YETI Alaska Haines Pro and the YETI Xtreme Verbier. These Finals present two contrasting big mountain challenges: Alaska’s deep, wild backcountry and Verbier’s steep, technical terrain.” – FWT
